IN PERSON - Pre-Licensing Course
In person Pre-licensing course prepares you to take the State Real Estate Exam.
The class will be held Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30AM to 12:30PM. It is required that you attend 75 instructional hours otherwise you are considered NOT completing the course and will NOT be eligible for the final testing.
\Classes are held at 250 Lindsay Rd., Raeford, NC 28376 in the rear of the Exit Realty building.
$499 includes textbook.
Prior to class reading Assignment: Unit 7 - 10th Edition Modern Real Estate Practice in NC and pages 707 thru 728 (License Laws & Rules Comments)

301 Synchronous Post Licening - Broker Relationships and Responsibilities
This is the first in a series of three post licensing courses required by the NCREC. The courses can be taken in any order and not necessarily in numeric order.
The course is 30 hours in length and requires a final exam which you must pass with a grade of 80 of higher.
A text book is required and used for all three classes. It can be purchased at the school office or on the NCREC website The text costs $65.00

This course uses clear language and real world examples to explain the environmental hazards that agents need to know. The discussion inc;udes evaluatimg properties, due deligience and avoiding legal liability.
Topics include: lead paint, drinking water, above and below ground storage tanks, asbestos, construction issues and much more.

Foreclosures, Short Sales and REOs
Focusing on the legal ramifications of foreclosures, short slaes, and REO's and ways an agent successfully market these properties. Each unit contains vocabulary words and learning objectives, as well as end of unit quizzzes to emphasize key concepts, so students will be prepared for real estate success.
